Murali Swaminathan Joins TechnoDyne as Vice President and General Manager to Lead Enterprise Solutions Group |

Industry veteran to tap over 20 years of experience and build Enterprise 3.0 Unit
WAYNE, N.J., April 12, 2010-- TechnoDyne, a fast growing information technology services company, headquartered in Wayne, NJ, today announced that Murali Swaminathan has joined its executive management team as Vice President and General Manager of its Enterprise Solutions Group.
Murali will lead TechnoDyne’s newly formed Enterprise 3.0 business unit, focused on delivering next generation IT solutions to its clients. The business unit will consist of five technology groups – Collaboration, Cloud/Data Center, Infrastructure, New Business Models and Applications. He will also head strategic venture investment activities for TechnoDyne and position the company for delivering innovative solutions to the market place.
Murali, formerly an executive at Cisco Systems Inc., played several key leadership roles during his tenure at Cisco. In his most recent position, he led the acquisition integration practice for Cisco Engineering. Prior to this, he managed Cisco’s engineering data center operations that were globally distributed. Also responsible for IT services, Murali was instrumental in developing Cisco’s global data center strategy.
Murali joined Cisco through the dynamicsoft acquisition where he was the vice president of engineering.
Murali was on the senior leadership team of three different startups before Cisco’s acquisition of dynamicsoft. Murali also spent nearly 10 years in product development at Alcatel-Lucent/AT&T Bell Labs where he worked on several flagship products including the Lucent Softswitch.
“Murali brings extensive knowledge of engineering, IT, and product development to TechnoDyne. Under his leadership, TechnoDyne will continue to grow as a thought leader and a strategic IT services partner for the enterprise. Murali has an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science in Pilani, India and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio.
Murali is currently pursuing an Executive MBA degree at NYU Stern.
